Our firm is open for business year-round. We provide tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofit organizations and fiduciaries. We also provide audit representation before the IRS, FTB and State Board of Equalization. We negotiate old tax debts and prepare Offers in Compromise.
